Start from the top.
It’s an alicorn. That means we’re putting this character on a tier with god-kings. That’s OP. Nerf now.
Its primary colors are black and gray. This is wrong because ponies are supposed to be colorful. Gray and black are not colors so much as shades.
Its accent colors are golden yellow and red. This wouldn’t be a problem if they weren’t totally unrelated and super bold, but they are.
The cutie mark stands out too much and doesn’t make any sense.
The glasses should be seriously reconsidered. Most ponies do not wear glasses, regardless of whether or not those inclined to make OCs do or do not.
Oh, and the mane and eyes together make red and black. That’s an edge you can cut yourself on.
