Also, the comic technically isn’t “canon” even within the MLP universe, since it’s meant to be an issue of the fictional Power Ponies comic Spike reads.
 
And even if that weren’t the case, it’s not the end of the universe if a person you disagree with gets a shout-out in a fucking comic.

Ok, I was just being silly in the previous post, but just also wanted to add.
 
I’m not denying sexism against men exists, (heck, I’ve been defending bronies, and such from SJWs alot, especially back in the DWM-crazed days) but I think fans are getting to sensitive of that. I admit, I’m sick of the brony/man hate on Tumblr, and I don’t like Ted’s comments on “sexism” either, but I don’t think it’s right to blame everyone else at IDW over it, or hate the entire series, because of him.
 
As for what to do about him, I have no clue.

Only issues he writes… Plus sense, it’s a licensed comic, he likely doesn’t really get much royalties, and such on it. He’s also freelance, so he doesn’t work exclusively for IDW.
 
For all we know, some people working on the show might be like that to. Maybe we should stop watching the show if that’s a possibility! We can’t let those man-haters win! LET’S BE PARANOID, FEAR-MONGER, AND PROTEST EVERYTHING!
 
Oh, and the president is a fraud, and he gives speeches on the moon!
 

 
(I’m being sarcastic BTW, but I think I’m officially losing it… This “Ted/IDW” drama is getting to me. Maybe I better stay out of it now, and let it blow over.)

Hey let fans know the next time they buy an mlp comic, they’re funding some dude who thinks hating men is okay in that it’s not hate speech because society hates women. And that it’s revolutionary and a form of rebellion to hate men.

More like “one ignorant writer did.” I don’t think it’s fair to blame the entire comic series, IDW, Hasbro, or everybody who works on it on one guy… (It’s not like he writes every comic issue either.)
