Hmm…I’ll have to mull that over.
Well that’s tricky because Cybertron’s gravity is different from Earth’s. In the game, he fell to Cybertron within atleast 5 minutes.
Hmm…How quick can Trypticon make planet-fall, again? My memories are a bit rusty.
Well I can’t estimate it for sure since Trypticon would be in space overlooking the battlefield.
Yeah, I think you were right when you said this one could go either way.
That’s…actually a really tough one. I want to say that battle could go either way, but it depends on how many titans and how far apart the combatants are starting.
That’s a tough one. The groundbridges could send quite a few Templars away, but if they’re with a commander, I’d assume he’d have a teleporter as many of them do. The average marine might not be able to survive Predaking’s breath, but that’s because I’m unaware of their full heat threshold. I do know however stronger marines have been able to withstand horrendous wounds from plasma technology, which run at a 10,000 degrees Celsius minimum. Keep in mind, that’s not an average marine, though. However, it’s likely at least a few of the marines will be carrying said plasma weaponry.
As Soundwave has that groundbridge trick of his, he’d be a massive obstacle for the campaign, given that he could remove templars from the battlefield and drop them insurmountable distances away, taking them out of the fight even if they survive. And one of the series promos said Predaking’s fire breath is “hotter than the planet mercury”, which, if the info tfwiki.net gathered is correct, “has highs of 700 Kelvin (or 427 degrees Celsius/800 degrees Fahrenheit) at daytime”, so I don’t know if they’re protected from that kind of heat.
I know I admitted defeat awhile ago but I have a question, what if Megatron had Trypticon (WFC) to fight the titans?
Well, titans are obviously massive engines of destruction, but your basic templar is also nothing to sneeze at. Each being able to react at superhuman speeds and move around faster than the human eye. Not sure if one basic templar would be a huge factor, but squads could be a factor. Each member of the squad would likely have a bolter or bolt pistol, which fire heavily explosive rounds capable of piercing a wide array of armour. I’d assume each squad would have a heavy weapon, which are very lethal. Heavy weapons would range from missile launchers which would carry several types of missiles for defensive coverage, or perhaps a lascannon, an incredibly destructive ray of energy capable of cutting through the toughest of armour and vehicles as if they weren’t even there. I’d say how well the templars do in that fight and how much they influence the outcome would depend on the particular group’s ability to work together and formulate proper strategy in the midst of battle. However, no matter what the templars will keep the decepticons busy, as all marines are designed to take incredibly extensive punishment.
*so let’s say
Let’s assume the Nemesis is fully crewed. What that entails is would vary by which point in the series it comes from, to let’s say just before the endgame, after the point at which Predaking’s revealed his true nature, but before he’s discovered that he was betrayed. At this point, Megatron has about half his Vehicon and Seeker troops (numbers never specified), plus Predaking, Shockwave, Soundwave, Starscream, and Knock Out. Starscream and Knock Out probably wouldn’t be a huge factor, but the other three are probably bigger threats. I don’t know much about Warhammer, so I’m not sure what the Templars bring to the table.
Muuuuuch better, I’d assume. The Nemesis is a pretty fearsome ship, after all. However, it’s not indestructible, so I can see focus fire from titans downing it. If Megatron brought a retinue of decepticons to swarm the ground and occupy the others though, that would be a incredibly difficult fight to call that I could see going either way.
How would he fare if he had the foresight to bring the Nemesis?
That it is.
Why thank you, good sir. Friendly crossover character analysis is my thing.
I will give you this victory my friend, Megatron did lose to a scout (Bumblebee) so this one goes to you. Congrats!
I dunno, man. I can see Megatron taking on a basic Templar squad, but I think even a few squads with heavy weapons would be enough to put him down at least half the time. As for titans, I honestly don’t see the DSS busting through several void shields and a titan’s armour fast enough to attack it before being blown to pieces by weapons used to level cities. Plus, there’s the vortex missile, which create what can pretty much be equated to a centralized black hole composed of pure warp power from which no being composed of matter or energy alike has much of a chance of escaping. Megatron is tough, but he’s just one decepticon, and odds have shown enough competent fighters in decent numbers can put him in his place.
Nothing wrong with a crossover and…Megatron would win because of The Dark Star Saber. If it can break The Star Saber then it will be easy to eliminate The Titans and Black Templar.
Then comes the question, who would actually win between the Black Templars w/Titans and Megatron?
Also, is it wrong i now wanna see a Warhammer 40k and Transformers Crossover?
