This pair is the greatest. For the longest time, Cadance didn’t so much as acknowledge Spike’s existence beyond catching him (which really just means keeping him in her field of vision and making sure he landed right), despite the obvious - if unofficial - familial connections between them. “Equestria Games” is the only reason I no longer despise her.
