I don’t think that’s the case here, as her turning into a pony last time was clearly noticeable and it’s more likely he is too stressed and scatterbrained to immediately notice. But I admit it is a possibility.
to be fair, one of the common side effects of altering reality on a grand scale is it tends to ripple back in time so that reality was ALWAYS altered. It could be less that he didn’t notice she has wings so much as his newly altered state remembers her always having wings. And thus her having wings is not a notable thing.
