Well, we’re both on the internet, so that’s a given; for me they fall squarely in the Nightmare Night “it’s fun to be scared” zone for their cartoonish creepiness, but the fact remains that they’re animated in a style that would File System ChecK anyone with photosensitivity issues, and should still be spoilered out of common courtesy.
In regards to being “nightmare fuel,” honestly, I’ve seen much worse.
They also have vibrating and nightmare fuel, so spoilerizing is still appropriate. Using the thumbnails from a search result would be better, though, since they’re smaller files and thus less likely to draw the ire of either users on throttled bandwidth or the mods who occasionally go all jihad on animated gifs in the comments.
