To be fair, Dash tried to sell Shy into slavery in exchange for a book, even though they were supposedly friends ever since they were little fillies, which is longer than any other two of the Mane Six. Some bloody Element of Loyalty.  
Yes, I know RD backpedaled on that deal in the end because she felt guilty, but if she were 1% as loyal to Flutters as was Shy to her (cause Fluttershy was going to go along with it, even though she didn’t want to), then Rainbow would’ve at the very least asked Shy how she felt about it before trying to sell her.

I think I read that. It was a one shot, I believe. It was short, funny, and cute. Of course, it didn’t really utilize the idea to its advantage, but it was just a one shot with a simple idea. No real point in dragging it out.

So, basically, he took a wingless anthro Rainbow Dash clone that he’d colored white, gave her blonde hair, and turned her into Nazipone? I’m not seeing anywhere in that story that indicates he made it to mock Nazis, or that it was a joke of any type (except to call her “windmill pony” when she clearly was something else).

the original oc creator used to like drawing anthro rainbow dash, then moved on to recoloring it and drawing her without wings in manga simi hybrid manga style, then moved decided to add heart shaped cuitemark and gave her blonde hair. he named her aryanne.  
after that he made the windmill pony joke. you know the rest

Aryanne’s history:  
i really feel bad to the one who created this OC he joked about it and once drew her swastika in her heart shaped cutie mark, and called her windmill pony.  
then someone started a /pol/ thread in /mlp/ using that joke image in the thread.
 
after that people whined about her cutie mark , so the OC creator Continued to draw her with her swastika cutie mark for 2 main reasons. 1st to troll haters 2nd reason she got abit attention for this.  
and now he cannot stop what’s already been started

I always thought she was a parody character. A ‘racist’ power hungry wannabee who fails at everything and isn’t really a bad pony, but tries to be.

Pretty much, she’s definitely named and designed after that ideal, but as far as what this OC is used for? Mostly A. Stuff like this and B. Things that are far cuter than a nazi has any right to be.
 
Personally, I like to pretend Aryanne is a Daring Do villain. Indy punched out plenty of Nazis, and giving his pony counterpart a racist prick to beat up just feels right.
