I had always assumed tags needed to be specific and based on the image and intent of the author. We can’t simply use fannon as basis for tagging images with characters less other possible outlooks of the character are denied. After all we don’t know that she will complete the stance of “tsundere”(warming up to her flusterer)and their are no indicative clues that this will happen like saying Baka(indicates an obvious connection to japenses emotional base) or attempting to fervently deny any affection(indicate inabilty to focus due to emotions),she simply sits there and could in fact be legitamently upset at the suggestion of her flusterer or simply embarrassed with no greater affection for whatever put here in this state.By what I presume are fair tagging rights this would be inaccurate to tag “tsundere” and while you can personally see it as tsundere based on filling in the blanks and interpreting her flustering as inevitable love It would a really lazy interpretation bearing little evidence beside an expectant perspective.
Of course the other images don’t have the tag; they’re showing “normal” affection reaction to the booping. Trixie has a fair amount of fanon about her being a “tsundere” style character. The only things we know about the image is Trixie looks angry/flustered, she’s sitting on a cushion, and she said “No!” to a request for a booping. Combine with the other images and popular fanon and the most reasonable interpretation is that she’s responding in a “tsundere” style.

I looked over the other images by the artist with blushes and none of them have the “tsundere”tag.
I checked the source and even there in tags there is no “tsundere” As I stated the tag was not placed originally so we know it’s about locale interpretation rather than any intent of the artist. Now I know that tagging is greatly based on interpretation but I feel the “tsundere” tag should be associated with a image that has more “romantic” implications in it(having “Baka” in there can be a sign of author intent) of course like I said this is implying she was even booped and not made flustered by the many things that while left to the imagination shouldn’t be assumed with the image tags to be going as far as “tsundere” without more a more solid basis(otherwise every cute picture where the mare looks uncomfortable would have the “tsundere” tag.)
Or, you could see that in the other images this artist does the booping is considered to be a cute thing ponies react to with affection and blushing, and a reaction of being angry about it but still blushing fits the “tsundere” trope and doesn’t break the pattern the artist set.
