We had the same discussion back in the Ponibooru days; it was never really answered with a unanimous decision, but it was definitely considered bad form. I put forth suggesting that humanised art should at least contain the pony it was referencing, otherwise it didn’t belong. This was to prevent people from uploading vast amounts of art of characters and OCs that weren’t pony related.
For example: Team Fortress has been ponified, but that doesn’t mean all Team Fortress media belongs here. Same with OCs. If it was a humanised character existing with canon characters then there’s no question of its legitimacy. As this is a character used solely in MLP scenarios then I think she’s just about justifiable for being here as she’s based on an existing pony. If this was a character who existed before in an unrelated piece, was then given a pony form but then had subsequent humanised art, you could argue more strongly against it. But I’m not as brushed up on the politics here. You’d have to check the forums or at least ask a moderator for guidance.
So one could put a drawing of any human on the site saying they’re humanized OC-s?
I think it’s meant to be this one:
I’m wondering if Turtle is still working on his comics at this point. He had something like three lined up at one stage I think.
