Well, she’s more lighter-orange, I guess.
Au contraire, looks more orange to me.
Also, she’s orange, and Sunset Shimmer is yellow.
Those things are easy enough to overlook, though.
Speaking of overlooking things, she’s an earth pony and not a unicorn, so that’s another difference and I can’t believe I didn’t notice it before.
The hair/mane style is a li’l different, and she has freckles. Though, yeah she looks kinda like her.
A little? Other than the cutie mark, they’re nearly identical from what I can see.
Not saying it isn’t a coincidence, just saying it’s a big one.
Also, I like the bear-enthusiast pony, and the Lyra gag in the background hehe.
I thought the same thing, looked at the earliest post of the OC being 2 years ago, e.g. before Shimmer.
