May I introduce you to High Voltage? A earth pony that truely has a electrifying personality. Normally he just has a pure blonde mane, but whenever he is in a thunderstorm, or when certain emotions are starting to show up, his mane gets the electric blue shimmer. And it doesn’t only look like it, it truely can shock you when you get too close.
 
High Voltage comes from a village, somewhere around Appleloosa. He has two smaller brothers and grew up with his grandma and his uncle.  
He loves thunder and lightning, but dislikes rain. (A secret? He can’t swim) So he dislikes water activities in general.  
However he loves loud music and parties. The louder and bigger? The better it is. Currenty living in Los Pegasus, Voltage is living the life of a night owl, visiting every dance floor and making every night unforgetable.
