Yes, indeed she is. I’m the one who commissioned this picture for my fanfic where that very thing happened. You should check it out if you get a chance. It’s diabetes inducing cuteness. When Pinkie first comes to Ponyville she helps the Cakes save their new struggling bakery from going out of business and in return the Cakes let her live in their home out of gratitude.
