Interesting thoughts. Dunno about hooves swelling; they’re kinda hard & brittle for that. Fetlocks & ankles seem more likely. And at least Rares enjoys the odd rush of creativity when incorporating panels & stretchy material for full-duration maternity wear.
 
Shy, for her part, has half the Everfree’s carnivore contingent camped out around her cabin, growling horribly every time visitors get within a mile. Nopone’s been eaten/flamed/stoned (yet), but it might be time for a talk.

Rarity: She keeps messing up designs because her belly bumps into things, and her hooves are so swollen half her shoes/boots don’t fit anymore. Plus the foal(s) keep her awake half the night kicking.
 
Fluttery: she had a craving attack and ate half the bucket of apples Mac Dropped off, along with most of Angel’s carrots and a bag of birdsed. Oh and her tits are huge and leaking unless she milks herself frequently and she’s running out of room in her fridge.
