Yeah, that was a totally warranted block of text that this thread absolutely needed to have.

I still don’t get how wings make so much difference with Twilight’s character/look, and somehow always spark drama just the sight of them. (Even though the “Twilicorn” drama isn’t as widespread as it used to be.)  
The way that anon got upset over this not being tagged (so he could block it apparently) you’d think he just saw something “horrifying.” Yeesh…
 
I say we cut off every pony’s wings, then maybe people will be happy. :P J/K
 
Overall, I was never bothered by the whole Twilight alicorn/princess thing. (Would’ve prefered they developed it a bit more story-wise, or build-up to it more.)  
My only problem with it overall is, it kinda upsets the “2 earth ponies, 2 pegasi, 2 unicorns” balance for the “mane 6.” (Not to mention the CMC having one of each.)  
Maybe they should add another unicorn. :P (Naw, people would freak over that to.)
