Ah, I see. I never played that game, which is why I never knew that.
I did play “Sonic the Fighters” though via “Sonic Gems Collection.” The Sonic comics kinda did a semi-adaption of that game recently. (Even adapting Honey the cat into the series.)
In an optional side mission, Chaos challenges Emerl to a fight, most likely to prove his worth. Chaos doesn’t talk, so, no one really knew why. XD

Though, didn’t he randomly become a villain in the obscure “Sonic Battle” GBA fighting game?
