Sunset apparently has no idea what happened from the end of the previous movie, so Pinkie awesomely reminds her about turning into a demon (yes, they use that word) and the army of teenage zombies.
I’d also much rather see the movie revolve around Sunset’s interactions with the Other 5 than Twilight’s (which we’ve seen 91 times), but come on. You know as well as I do that Purple-“smart” is the main character of this franchise; they won’t not include her, regardless of how much narrative sense it makes to do so.
She’ll be back.
Imhotep!
So Basically, she wants to forget about being a demon. I hope she can use it against Adagio near the end
Nah, this is the same pony-to-Human Sunset. The friendship created at the end of the first movie is clearly there
Or it’s her Eq version.
But I could the language being “Yeah, I turned into a demon, let’s not talk about it…” and Pinkie of course forgets this.
Maybe shes trying to forget about it.
it wouldn’t surprise me if she’s the one the other band tries to win to their cause and then the girls doubt her being reformed but in the end she helps them again and they feel bad.
Psh, Twilight may not be in every episode, but she’s always forced in when anything that’s really important happens. Even more so, these days. The others just “help”.
So while Sunset may see a little of the spotlight, Twilight is still going to be the audience’s avatar, just wait and see.
But come on. The show got rid of the whole ‘have to include Twilight into every episode’ thing in the early episodes of season 2. They don’t have to bring her in here. It’ll just undermine Sunset’s inclusion and character growth.
Just because they have no reason to does’nt mean they won’t do it/get forced to do it by some guideline set by hasbro.
But that wouldn’t make sense in the context of the EG-verse. Sunset is pretty much filling in for Twilight in this world. There is no reason to bring Twilight into this, when it was already established she was living in another city…Or at the very least, not attending the school.
Sunset has so much potential. The writers wouldn’t just throw her away.
You know, sadly i can still see that happening.
I’ve still got my doubts that they’ed use her as a character and flesh her out. It just seems to me like they’ed still treat her as the one time villain of the day and forget about her.
@Miss Shy
What? NO! There’s no reason to bring Twilight into this movie.
I assumed they tossed her to the side for this movie as soon as Twilight comes in.
I’m guessing that’s still gonna happen.
it is plausible. it did not look like the change was a willing reaction on her part.
ah yes…
Well, she isn’t using her “bitchy” voice anymore.
She sounds kind of the same to me.
does she sound different?
She DOES remember the part about her turning into a power crazed she-demon.
