I just hate team scramble because all it ever accomplishes is punishing the good teams.
Also, I hate spawn camping because it ends up with someone slipping past and getting an objective. Not to mention it’s a really cheap and dirty tactic and I know better than to try something like that.
I also prefer team scramble over auto-balance. Auto-balance makes you feel like all you’ve done for you team has been used against you.
Though I do like Natural Selection 2 method of stopping people from spawning if teams are unbalanced, with the option to instantly spawning you in if you switch teams.

usually, people who hate team scrambling are pricks who abuse the skills of the best player in the server to spawn camp the enemy team.
