Well he still clearly understands it was wrong because he’s reformed. That’s the whole point of a reformed villain. He wouldn’t do that again. I’m guessing that in this comic, Trixie would take Pinkie’s mouth off again if she still had the amulet. As for the other examples, yeah, Discord did shitty things in those two episodes, but they weren’t comparable to literally removing a part of someone’s body.

Also, I realize Pinkie might not hold a grudge, but just because the victim’s family forgives the murderer, that doesn’t mean the murderer doesn’t go to jail.

So… My opinion isn’t valid, what Pinkie’s opinion would probably be doesn’t matter… You’re being very dismissive.

As for Discoed: Everything he did in “Return of Harmony” (he ever reminisces fondly about some of it in “Dungeons and Discords”), which is worse than Trixie all on its own. Past that, there’s the things he did to screw with Twilight in “Three’s a Crowd” and “What about Discord”, and even on those occasions when he does apologize, it can be a bit questionable how sorry he actually is (he may have clearly regretted his betrayal in “Twilight’s Kingdom”, but he seems less regretful in most of his single-part episodes.

  1. Whether or not Pinkie holds grudges has no bearing on whether or not Trixie deserves forgiveness, which she doesn’t in this comic because she’s not sorry.

  2. Name them. Because he was definitely remorseful for what he did in Twilight’s Kingdom.

Yes, but the question wasn’t “if I was Pinkie”. And with that it crosses my mind that Pinkie doesn’t usually hold grudges.

And I am not referring to just one of Discord’s deeds. There’s plenty he’s done wrong, and only a small handful of those deeds for which he’s shown any remorse.

@Scrounge
It might be horrible but it’s TRUE.

If someone beat you up, stole your car, and burned your house down, and they later said, “I’m sorry I stole your car and burned your house down, but not sorry I beat you up,” would you feel they deserved forgiveness?

She can still theoretically be sorry for everything else she did.

More importantly, “Trixie Basically Gets Blackmailed Into Trying To Do Nice Things” is a horrible title for a comic.

Mishap or not, it’s sweet to see Pinkie be openminded and give Trixie a chance. And I agree that Pinkie will probably find a way to fix it and not hold this against Trixie.

No worries, Pinkie Pie probably has a huge stash of plan B.

One theme I always seem to see on Trixie: Trouble. And that’s why I like her. xD
