Since the Fall of Equestria Tumblr got taken down by false* claims of child porn, I’m guessing cartoon horse children porn won’t be allowed. HOWEVER, since according to the pic up there it was just innocently cheeky childish mooning, he may get away with it.
 
*(I think the person who ran the blog said it was false claims. The pictures that involved “children” like the CMC must have been teenagers in the artist’s eye if this is the case)
