You jump wherever the game wants you to jump. You can’t even jump over a 10cm wall if the game wont let you.

Even the gameplay is lackluster. “Hacking” is essentially PRESS X TO HACK and simple QTE’s. Plus the pretty dumb Police that kill you on sight even for a wanted level of 1. Plus the inability to jump.
Could also be the (likely intentional) gimping of the PC version as well.
I guess some folks just aren’t satisfied with anything less than perfection.
Ok, the game has a fair amount of glitches, which I will admit to, but that shouldn’t take away any fun from the actual gameplay. In fact, many people like finding them.
But as I said, no game is glitch free.
Not to the extent of Watch Dogs. Plus the whole hiding game performance fixes and actual graphics in the game itself.
Including Sonic 06.
Every game has glitches.
