You mean to tell me, that those ponies in the vid, with their awkward desings, their bad anatomical movement, and their singular frames of animation, is good art?

I’m not asking for show quality art, I’m asking for decent art.
It’s just the animation style that he chooses to do. No everybody can make animation’s so good that it looks like it comes from the show ( like JanAnimations), and it’s a lot better than some YouTube videos and pmv’s that are on YouTube.

No, man. Pinkie riding a rolling Fluffle, Gryphon knocking out his back-up dancers, Maud and her dance partner just standing there, there was a lot of little funny things.
My favorite was Twi and Dash’s dance.
I only recognized like a dozen OCs out of the whole thing and I still thought it was a charming concept.
Funny in a bad way? then yeah, I get that.
Because it’s an animated tribute to a good cover of a well-known song and it’s funny on its own.
It’s the same reason Eevee Party has a lot of likes and views. If you put lots of OCs in something, you’ll rank in the views of a lot of preteen deviantArtists.

How it has so many likes, I’ll never know.
