Right off the top of my head, Apotheosis comes to mind. Moderate Twiluna shipping combined with excellent narrative visuals made for a compelling read.
 
Generally, any fic that features Twilestia or Twiluna is alright in my book, so long as it delves into any kind of backstory for the Princesses. I’m a sucker for backstory when it comes to the Equestrian gods. Well, alright, then there’s also the shipping. Twilight is my FedEx.

Bittersweet is another lion entirely, yo. Another favorite lion, to be exact. But still, please, for the love of The Two Sisters, don’t remind me to go back and reread all the other feelfics. I haven’t the heart.
 
So, yeah, The Party Hasn’t Ended. In my opinion, one of the best shipfics I’ve ever read. It tugged at all my feels and kept an engaging plot throughout it, keeping the characters interconnected through both Dash’s dreamstate as well as the real Equestrian world and the oncoming storm in the process of destroying it.
 
I like the crud out of it. There are smarter ways to word that feeling, I’m sure, but I don’t really care. It was fucking awesome.

Eeh, it’s alright to get emotional over fanfics it’s fine, I cried to “Bittersweet” and others,  
so you’re not alone.  
I really did love that fic especially the part in RD’s dream.

Admittedly, I’m a wuss, and I’ll cry at most things emotional (don’t judge me [belay that, judge me as harshly as you can; it wouldn’t be fun otherwise]).
 
It was a really good shipfic though. When everything really seemed to be going to Hell, I was willing to believe it was going to end on a sad note just to spite me. But then it came back around victoriously.
 
A great time, reading that one.
 
But damn would it have pissed me off it it really would have ended like just another sadfic. Man, that would have sucked.
