No, we’ve not seen the human Twiley that’s native to the EqG universe.
Personally, I think they’re kinda missing a trick on that one, they could have FiM going to the EqG universe and meeting its’ native Twiley, maybe introducing human!Twiley to her friends in that world…or they could go the other way and have the native human version of Twiley be the baddie for a story. xD
I think the main problem was adjusting to being magicless and having fingers.

Human Twilight never had the events of MMC to make her one, so she is still a unicorn!
You can argue, but this is my theory, and I’m sticking to it.
Also, I believe that human Twilight wears different clothes.
