Yeah, since the Princesses know that ritual that transferred their magic to Twilight, they could do it again to enjoy the aspects of what the Crusaders get into for a little bit before transferring their magic back from Twilight.

…I want this to happen so bad. The CMC’ve grown on me since Season 1 - and adding the Princesses to their ranks makes me want to see at LEAST an episode of the wacky hijinks they get into.

I actually never found this comic until after watching the finale. Just watching the trailers and seeing the Princesses as blank flanks as they’re sent to Tartarus made me concerned.
 
Once I heard some talk about them joining the CMC as blank flanks, I knew something like this would pop up on Derpibooru soon enough.

Saw this before watching the episode and knew I had to watch it now after putting it off for so long. Glad I did and now this comic makes me happy instead of concerned.

I was hoping that someone would actually do something like this with the Princesses and the Crusaders after watching Celestia, Luna, and Cadence give up their magic to Twilight and lose their Cutie Marks as a result.
 
Celestia and Cadence look happy being Honorary Crusaders. Luna on the other hand…not so much. After all, they already found their destinies. They just had to sacrifice them for the safety of their people and Equestria.
