That is true. But it’s more complex than that. Africa is now a rising economy, as a result the Chinese are scrambling for the natural resources. And the western are being left to dry.

In Africa. Some of the old Nick and CN shows from the 90’s get shown on terrestrial TV,along with nonsensical Chinese cartoons for kids. It’s pretty surreal.
