So the girls finally make it to their holiday destination after a slight detour through the mountains, and after buying a portable SatNav system for Fluttershy’s car, they find that the modern technology isn’t all it’s cracked up to be…
It’s been a long slog this one due to all the high detail backgrounds, again I put far too much work into these comics but I feel that a comic with lots of background details helps to increase immersion. :)
Bonus points for anyone who can identify the other cars rumbling around in the comic. :)

It’s the troubles of Transatlantic Translations really, as a Brit I had a lot of British ideas in my head, but then reminded myself at the last minute that this series was set in America, but I decided to go with it and revolve some jokes around it.

Personally, I just wish he’d resize the damn things when he was done making them. I have to download the image files if I want to look at them.
>Their car is Right-hand drive (RHD) yet we’ve seen they’re in California (Left-hand drive). Unless it was imported from Britain or the Caribbean, the only other place I imagine ‘Shy could have bought it is if a post office near her got rid of some surplus stock. Or she paid the thousands it would take to convert it from LHD to RHD. (I know she’s eccentric, but that’s a bit nuts)
>I’ve never been to California, but I know they don’t use words like “queue” or “quay”. (although Silicon Valley uses “queue” to refer to how a system organizes multiple jobs, like with printing)
>California is infamous worldwide for its extreme car culture & poor public transportation (aside from maybe the Bay Area). A small coastal resort town like this would be unlikely to have electric light rail - diesel-run tourist trolleys, sure, but not this.
