Have nothing against the guy, kinda flat personality wise but I dont see why he couldn’t be a potential love interest for Twilight, if they flesh out his character some more and gave both characters more screen time togheter were they get to know each other, why not?

How about having any personality? If he is based on Flash from EG then he is a rich kid with a sport car, guitar band and already been with a relationship with most popular girl (Sunset). Twilight would be smarter than this to have a crush on the first creature from a tottaly different species than her.  
Prince of gryphons, young Starswirl, Discord and many others who would have any connection with Twilights magic or her mission as a pricess would be a better ship than boring orange pegasi

Why does everyone hate flash so much. Is it because people are upset that it wasn’t a character that was always in the show or was it because it ruins their ships. I like flash sentry. I think his coloring is cool and since we only saw him in the movie and twice in the show I can’t make a call on his character.
 
I wouldn’t say he was friend zoned I think it’s just that since he is gaurding in the crystal kingdom and probably lives there and doesn’t have enough money to purchase a house in ponyville he can’t go there unless on official business. So they probably couldn’t persue a relationship.

If this ship was romantic and canon i would regain my faith in Meghan after twiflash abortion. She created chemistry between them but friendzone him while theres no chemistry between Flash Sentry and Twilight, yet Meghan made a crash out of him. I hate that shit writing.
