Can’t be. This image only has three layers: Talking box, Purple Spikey Thingies, and Twi (Including paper + tape) in that order.

Though the purple spike thingies are a bit odd on the top left corner. Some parts are in front of Twilight’s mane, some parts are behind it.

I think making one from the Backy mouthpiece would be funnier.
