I, for one, don’t see anything asthetically unappealing for the character. However, I can see why people would dislike it. It looks like they tried too hard with his design, for a little girl’s show.

Gotta love Larson, you know he’s a true fan. He voices a one-off villain and, in all honesty, probably won’t ever return to the show due to being expensive as fuck, but he still keeps in touch with the fandom.
 
Knowing him though, he’s just fucking around. I’m calling it now, the “villain” is just an inside joke.
