@paluzna
So what you’re saying is, the PSP, tablet and smartphone devices have no idea what the hell they are doing while the 3DS has a hang of things already?
PS3 !!!! nah I am kidding PS4 all in, oh yeah all of the pc gamers out there buck you, I have a good laptop (mbp ret)for my coding and video eddeying but gaming is 20% cooler on console, preferably ps4

A MAN to that brother. It’s like I said, the games are the focus point, the system is just there to play the game. It’s like playing Battlefield, no matter what system you play on it’s still battlefield.
Ok, I am getting fucking sick and tired of this console war bullshit.
Xbox One fucked up in its launch and made its image into a Big Brother-esque machine that not only costs $500, but it would not allow people from certain countries OR people who did not have Internet connection to play . Sure, it IS slowly regaining strength with the fact Microsoft lowered the price, removed the mandatory Kinect device, and disabled the DRM and region lock, but until I see re-installments of past gen games, it’s a no sell for me.
The PS4 had a MUCH better launch, being slightly cheaper (read: $400), and the fact that Sony managed to stay on subject with the fact that a console plays VIDEO GAMES.
However, it’s still, IMHO, overpriced for a console that is essentially a Same Console+.
The WiiU is… the WiiU. Nuff said.
And finally, the PC. The age-old argument between the fanboys on both sides of the argument who never thought of simply sitting down and debating a normal fucking human being; The argument being “PC vs. Console”.
In my opinion, both devices have their own advantages and disadvantages, chiefly being that a PC can be customized with different GPUs and processors, as well as a custom sound system, whereas consoles remain uncustomizable and utilitarian. Disadvantages PCs suffer is that new or better GPUs, processors, and what-have-you, often cost more combined than an Xbox 360 or PS3, and gamers who wish to play, for instance, Planetside 2, must buy a LOT of upgrades for a PC to simply run the game at 30 fps while in combat.
Consoles, of course, have the advantage in quantity, and while aren’t as customizable as a PC, are capable of being built right out of the gate to handle most games on the market today, AND cost less than a decent gaming PC (8th gen consoles not-withstanding).
tl;dr: People who are arguing over which console is better need to get off their high horse.
