No, really? They are sisters. It’s safe to assume they are fully sisters, not half-sisters or sisters in spirit or whatever. Of course they came from the same mother… and father.

Nah I’m fairly confident that Rarity bought Sweetie Belle from RadioShack on her twelfth birthday.  
And even though her little Sweetie Bot is rather glitchy and the warranty has run out, she still loves just as much as the day she bought her.
