Spirit bomb & Starlight breaker are both very powerful is but end a fight but is casting time make them difference

Both use a lot energy of the user and around them, Spirit bomb use KI power, he be more powerful or weaker then a Starlight breaker, all is depending of the ki give to the user, if you put Goku a place who can use the energy only on the battlefield and not from people other than himself the power of Spirit bomb will not as powerful as Starlight breaker, Starlight breaker use all the magic in the user and already use plus all the magic in the air on the planet will make it very powerful but if you put the user in a battlefield who a Zero magic on the air and she use only the magic already use and the one in her, she will still more powerful then a spirit bomb in the same rule i put Starlight breaker but both their power is truly shine when is those are master this power but by noobie?!…not a good idea!
