It shows you didn’t read the last paragraph of my reply. Or what I said about Trixie’s current actions and development.

Reading is kind of essential prior to asking a question.

Although to answer your question loosely, one could definitely make the case that morally grey characters like Trixie and Gilda might have more similar traits then people of more moral extremes.

Flim and Flam don’t do scames because they are poor, they do it because they enjoy being scam artists and being ABUNDENTLY wealthy. The two Sombra’s are the absolute opposite extremes and Chysalis….well not only is she one of the most malicious villains in MLP, another huge extreme, her identity as a Flutter Pony is another can of worms.

Point is, Trixie and Gilda were far more antagonists of circumanstance. Trixie is dirt poor and a self-taught magician, and her magic was unique and non-traditional…it just wasn’t very powerful. I’m a big fan of RD, but the only major differences between RD and Trixie was RD was a lot more strong willed and willing to trust others more. Things have changed in Trixie since then. Gilda did have a mean streak…but only after Pinkie, not learning her lesson from Cranky yet, annoyed the heck out of her when trying to spend time with the one person she sincerely cared about, RD.

In other words, with a little nudges from the elements of harmony, the non-existant factor in the other world, grey characters like Trixie and Gilda could become very similar to their counterparts.

So opposite-Trixie being “Princess of Humility” shows that Trixie Prime has “natural talent for leadership” and/or “some degree of good morality”? What do the opposite versions of Flim & Flam, Chrysalis, and Sombra show about their Prime versions, then?

Aren’t you a sour pile of grapes?

At the very least, the two facts together show Trixie’s natural talent for leadership and some degree of good morality.

Besides, the Mane 6 becoming elements of harmony is the wildcard of our universe. They pointed that out. They have a lot more influence to effect things and bring out the best in people then the opposite in the other world, which is why we don’t see the Dark Mane 6 traveling to our Equestria. (yet)

“>Became the Princess of Humility in one dimension”

The same dimension where the Royal Sisters and the Mane 6 were evil, and King Sombra was a benevolent ruler? How does that have a bearing on, for lack of a better term, Trixie Prime, except to point to her mammoth ego?

@HighRollerHydra
>Became the Princess of Humility in one dimension
>In our dimension she used her influence to order the rough diamond dog society to be peaceful even while she herself was (exclusively) under duress

Yeah, I see what you mean.

Got mad respect for Trixie and her character. Ego or no ego, she’s evolved a lot.
