That’s because of several reasons, the top two of which being 1)They’re not looking for reason because reason only seems to show their wrong-ness and makes them feel bad, and 2)because it doooooes kinda sorta sound a little whiny - like what OP posted.  
Not saying it’s not true or unsound reasoning, but the “wah wah someone didn’t read 70 words I so painstakingly wrote out wah” is a very quick nerve-grinder  
Plus, posting it on the wrong meme doesn’t help OP’s case much…

TL;DR

Incorrect use of this image macro.  
Just to let you know that’s why I’m downvoting it, not the message that goes with it.

I too do not understand why some people are incapable of reading small paragraphs of text. They seem to spout “tl;dr” on any message that successfully defeats their point with logic, and seem to only pay attention to (and upvote, on websites that allow that) comments that are witty.
 
And if you bring attention to this behavior of theirs, they call you butthurt.
