Blackjack and P-21 have only recently left stable 99 which is why P-21 has his Stable tunic on still. As far as i can tell he keeps his Pipbuck on.
And Blackjacks eyes are orange because of radiation contamination. Which as a bonus lets her see in the dark.
At anyrate its interesting to see all the fans on Derpibooru.
Well he passed for a proper mare even in Blackjack’s Stable, when he was attempting to escape in the first chapter.
Maybe he comes off as a particularlly wasteland-hardened mare in those cases? XD
I get your point, though for the purposes of the individual image, I kinda like this look.
