Good point. Prisons sometimes don’t need to be at full capacity all the time. There can be some vacancies in between when some convicts are released following their reformation.
Or it’s possible that those cells belong to no one, and Tartarus just isn’t full.
Actually, it looked like they were heading for the middle one, and that one appeared later to be right of the one Tirec was sent to since we don’t see Cerberus at the foot of the steps when the Princesses are sent in.
He probably saw them come in from another cell and rushed over to help and take care of them until the real convict was returned.
Then it was payback time for imprisoning innocent Princesses…Cerberus was in the mood for centaur lamb chops when everything was over.
Calling it now Se5 will introduce these other 2 convicts, and maybe some master mind who was the one that made Cerberus leave his post back in Se2.
