Not quite. The “Sonic CD” Amy is the same Amy as the “Sonic Adventure” one. Post-SA Amy is just older, with a different haircut, and outfit.
Amy’s anti-Mobius universe counterpart “Rosey” apparently didn’t change her clothes, and such to differenciate her from the modern Amy, (but is implied in the comic to be the same age as the “modern” Amy to) and apparently as a call-back/homage to Amy’s old design.
She also noticeably has a pale-looking muzzle & arms compared to Amy.
she’s also the sonic CD amy, right?
Rosey (Amy Rose’s AU doppleganger from Anti-Mobius/Moebius a “mirror/bizzaro” universe that Scourge the Hedgehog hails from) is more like what would happen if you exaggerated her negative personality traits, and made her into some kinda insane stalker.
I think writer Ian Flynn was poking fun at how some fans accuse Amy of being a “creepy insane stalker.” Rosey is way worse then Amy, and even poor Amy Rose was scared of her.
