Also, if it were true anti-scry, you’d have the option to put both on top of the deck.

It’s like Anti-scry 2 (To Anti-scry 2, look at the bottom two cards of your library, then put any number of them on the top of your library and the rest on the bottom in any order.).

…Okay, it’s not that good, but why has every card with Scry had the reminder text? WE KNOW WHAT IT DOES ALREADY!

1993. And incredibly, there don’t appear to be any MTG cards with a similar effect. Strange, given the large number of spells and abilities that send cards TO the bottom of the deck.
