It’s an old Disney film about a small boy who runs away from home, with the help of a (cartoon)dragon. The dragon can turn invisible, so no-one thinks it’s real, at least at first.

While it has been years since I saw it, it was a good movie. (It’s a musical.)

What Sumbozo was referencing was the villains’ opening song, which is, in a nutshell, the same as the FlimFlam’s. {Selling a useless cure all tonic.}
