General bio:  
Icy Storm is a cool little guy. His looks make him seem like he is kind of a jerk like his big brother but he is very sweet. He’s smart, witty and very mature. In other words he is the opposite of Prism Bolt. He is also a very “go with the flow” kind of guy. Though this is the case, he does actually have dreams and aspirations. He puts in a lot of effort to achieve what he wants and does work hard. He just wants to be the best flier he can be and currently dreams of being a Wonderbolt like most pegasi. Even so, he still has his doubts about it and isn’t a hundred percent sure it’s truly his dream or not. He’s not sure if he wants it only because everypony else does. Icy is one to be influenced by his peers and really cares about his image. He gets influenced subtly as to not sho that he really cares. Though he is very different from his brother, they have one definite thing in common: all the fillies want them.
 
Relationships:  
Icy has the same relationships with his parents that Prsim does. They are all buddies but when it comes to training they be come like drill sergeants (mostly Rainbow). However, RD isn’t as tough on him as she is on Prism since Icy actually tries and is very good at what he does. He is a total mama’s boy.  
Icy usually just tolerates Prism. They are brothers and do love each other but Icy is really against Prism’s actions and doesn’t look up to him. He tries his best to be everything Prism is not. Even when it comes to doing a job like weather duty, Icy usually picks up his brother’s slack. Prism likes to call him a kiss up and he call Prism a slacker. When they aren’t being a nuisance to each other, they go out and fly or chill together. Prism is still a much better flier than him but mostly because he is older.  
Whirlwind is Icy’s crush. He thinks she’s absolutely gorgeous and smart and funny. She’s the only one he seems to lose his cool around. He is just disappointed that Prism seemed to have a negative influence on her work ethic. Because Whirlwind wants to be a Wonderbolt, he does too (which is the peer pressure and image thing coming in).  
Echo is probably his closest friend mostly because she is with Whirlwind a lot and Whirlwind hangs out with Prism which leaves her with Icy. Echo is generally quiet and doesn’t have much to say unless she is excited about something. However, she opens up and talks to him a lot (even more than her friends). When hanging out, he tries getting information about Whirlwind from Echo.  
Other than Echo, Icy hangs out with Cloudy Skies and Sugar Rush the most. He just liked the lighthearted essence they give off and her never feels pressured around them.  
Pixel Bit and Icy Storm have an…. interesting relationship which makes sense since Pixel is an interesting filly. They are very good friends and she seems to be the only one who picks up on the fact that he is so heavily influenced by his peers. She is clearly the opposite because she couldn’t care less about social norms. She always encourages him to be himself and tells him he’d be much happier if he did. What makes their relationship interesting/awkward is the fact that everypony think they’d be an adorable couple.  
Icy enjoys being around Night Light since he’s constantly surrounded by fillies and it gets old sometimes. Night Light usually goes to Icy to get bro tips for him since Nighty isn’t the most “manly” of colts.  
Api and Icy go on many adventures together since Echo and Pixel aren’t quite adventurous as Api is. Because Icy is usually up for anything and is a very adventurous colt he’s her go to guy when she has nothing to do.
 
Talent/Cutiemark/Abilities:  
Icy got his cutie mark and was able to fly at a very young age. His talent is definitely weather based and he is a winter weather expert. Sometimes when it’s much to hot for anypony to bear he does a quick flyby to cool everypony down.
