Regardless of what other people may think, at least I respect you for what you’re doing and the effort you put in as an admin. It’s really hard to wrangle internet idiots, and that’s one reason why I could never be a mod.
I took a month off from being an admin due to burnout. I’m still an admin because I’m one of the few people that has the patience to deal with this mess as an admin; regardless of my piss-poor attitude under the user ticker, I don’t abuse mod powers or change site rules to suit me or my ideals.
And the site is owned by Clover and myself, depending on which parts of the site we’re talking about.
Yeah, I was just saying a site this big can’t be without a head. If the head were to quit like that then we’d expect to see some kinda announcement on the blog.
I’m aware that he “officially” stepped down, but that doesn’t mean he completely relinquished his authority. Think of him as the Admin Emeritus: not on the payroll, but still commanding the respect and admiration of the staff.
I’m pretty sure Clover is the site owner. You do know he quit for a month and came back right?
