Again, I don’t like thatcher… I just have nothing against her.
Also, It wasn’t Thatcher who privatized the railways… she just sort of ignored them.
Stefan Molyneux would like to have a few words with you regarding socialistic sustainability
Actually, while I agree with you on most of that, John Major privatised the Railways.
Two words, Poll. Tax. No one benefited from that. Also, did you know that the price of coal is the cheapest it’s ever been now? If the coal mines were still open in this country one, there would still be some jobs for people and two, we wouldn’t be paying the extortionate prices Russia charges us for it’s gas we use in this country. A lot of people again, in the north, have to choose between feeding themselves or keeping warm. Because, gas/electricity prices are so high. Gas powers the power stations which create the electricity we use, so everyone is affected even if you don’t have gas central heating. And you can blame Thatcher for it. The only people who benefited from Thatcher are the fat cat bankers and train operators, who are still screwing us all to this day. Every year train ticket prices go up thanks to the privatization Thatcher caused us. Almost six thousand pounds (yes you read that right) of my salary goes on my season ticket every year just so I can get to work so the government can take more taxes off me as I work which they use for their ‘expenses’ and live in luxury, pay their council tax on two or more homes they have which they bought with tax payers money while the rest of us try to rub two penny’s together to keep warm. Thanks Maggie. To say that Twilight is like Thatcher is an insult to Twilight. I know a lot of people hate Twilicorn and you must really hate her to compare her to Thatcher. I don’t think you can say you’re a typical northerner on your blog and like Margaret Thatcher, you’d be in a minority there.
I’m not really a thatcher fan. She was before my time, so I’m indifferent. I don’t really feel I can judge, without having lived through her stuff.
From what I know, a lot of what she did actually benefits us today despite at the time affecting many people.
Anyway… who said that I had any love for thatcher?
They’re already in the dark ages; why would you want them to venture into antiquity?
Pitpone’s blog is about a pony who lives in the north of England and is a coal miner. The north and coal miners are two of the things Margaret Thatcher hated the most. Also the Liverpool dockers and manufacturing. There wouldn’t be a debate in Scotland about independence if Thatcher and Westminster in general supported the North of Britain. If Scotland does become independent, I propose all the northern county’s like Lancashire, Yorkshire, Manchester and Merseyside vote to become part of Scotland.
Nah I heard story about her my family hate her so much for ruined Scotland and miners
THIS. SO VERY THIS.

@Tumblr Feminism Is A joke
Despite the fact that they were operating at a loss, and that Harold Wilson, former Labour prime minister, closed down more mines than she did?
@Background Pony #F1F6
Better than living under 1970s socialism. You couldn’t even have the lights on at night.
@RainbowDashie41
@wselfwulf
Were you two even alive when she was in power?
Good one I did the same after she died ^^
Im not a year late, Im still partying.
You’re nearly a year late, but whatever.
There isn’t a one percent economy in Britain. That’s an America terminology. Further to that, but there is now far more personal wealth in the UK than there was before. Plus she avoided adopting the Euro. Can’t thank her enough for that after Spain, Greece, Portugal and Ireland.
Ironic, given that Reagan was actually rather moderate as far as conservatives go.
But she famously said them in front of No. 10, regardless of their origin.
I’m not sure how to take that.
