“Nearly fallen to her death” would probably have been a better way to phrase it.
 
And IIRC, all three times she was saved by Rainbow Dash.
 
Unfortunately for those who like patterns, Rarity didn’t have a near-fatal fall from which she was saved by Rainbow Dash in Season 4 (unless I’m forgetting something). But she got to dress up as Luna, so I think it’s fair to let it slide.

Yeah I don’t think OP actually wants her to die.  
Just wants her to fall.
 
I also want her to fall. Things that happen once a season/game/movie whatever are cool.

Why wish her fall to her death? There are worse fates like diarrhea during important fashion show (I wish her this from the bottom of my heart, that’s how nice I am :D )

Technically she hasn’t fallen to her death every season. If she did, she wouldn’t have done it three times.
 
A more correct phrase would be “Rarity hasn’t fallen from a terminal height this season”.

“to her death” is a bad way to phrase it. Falling “a long way” or something, sure. We could stand to see that again. But not the actual end of the snuggly marshmellow.
