Seriously though, Meghan could be talking about anything here.

If she is referring to next seasons last episodes title, I wonder what the odds are that they will write in the end to Twilight Sparkles story? And will the show ever continue on without the major plots revolving around Twilight?  
IE: Twilight Sparkle is now officially a fully certified Princess in charge of a castle and a Kingdom (yes I know using ‘Kingdom’ while there are only female’s running the show is not correct but I don’t have a better word to use), could they continue the show with Twilight only occurring as a secondary side character? Like how Princess Celestia only shows up to support a plot? But there are no episodes focusing entirely on Celestia?  
I for one wouldn’t mind seeing Season 6 focusing on slice of life episodes involving other ponies for a change.

Perhaps it’s an episode called (the end) a chicken little style story where someone thinks the world is ending and goes around telling everypony, it turns out its just something silly. And the moral of the story would be don’t jump to conclusions.
