Chryssipuff, because I love this ship, and I ship Sweetie Belle with Spike.

They are both excellent ships that I like very much… but I find chrysipuff to have deadlier levels of dawww and hnnng.

Too different. Sweetie and Button are kids while Chrysalis and Fluffle Puff are adults.
 
Different aspects, different backstories. It’s all about preferences here so please let us not argue….Though to be honest, I like Sweetiemash better since it’s cute and I actually ship it.
 
I’m not really a shipper of the other couple but I don’t hate it and it has a good heart and direction that it’s going. That and it has an animator and tumblr maker giving it a defined history, so it has an advantage.
 
Though, that doesn’t mean Sweetiemash doesn’t have any of that. I’ve seen some talented writers take the reigns of the ship and make some of the best material I’ve read in a while.

At first I was not sure how to cope with realising their friendship was more than just that. It seemed weird for a bit. Because that stupid meantality that retards can’t love had been ingrained into me. I feel like accepting this ship has made me a better person.
 
The DerpyDoctor ship doesn’t work half as well, because they just can’t ever really be a proper couple. The Doctor’s assistants are there to create insane amounts of sexual tension that goes nowhere. Infact I bet that’s what’s really powering the Tardis.
 
Getting back on track, SweetieSmash seems to be nothing but a generic crush. It’s nothing more special than any other ship. Like FLutterMac, which I find equally unpleasant. It’s shipping with nothing much to actually work from.

I might have agreed, but the blog and videos have done way too well of a job developing the relationship for me to not absolutely adore it.

I wish ‘chryssipuff’ wasn’t a ship, and rather just frindshipping.
 
I like Sweetiemash a lot though.

If you’re going by numbers on this site, “chrysipuff” is a somewhat new tag on here. Pretty sure there’s supposed to another “s” in there, too. But if you take all the images of ChryssiPuff, fanart, animations, blog answers, etc, there’s easily so much more. The numbers on this site don’t mean much when it comes to things like this.
 
Now if you look at what these ships are to the fandom, SweetieMash is basically just a personal ship. There’s no real story other than what others come up with. It’s more or less a bunch of pictures with the connection of the same characters. There’s no defined background for people to enjoy or build on. It’s fanart of two ponies people like seeing together. It doesn’t reach a very large audience outside of those who personally enjoy it. It’s just fanart with some short stories scattered around.
 
ChryssiPuff, on the other hand, has a far more elaborate background and much more content. They have an entire ask blog with some rather emotional story development at times and wonderful comedic timing at other times. Not to mention all their animations. In two different universes, no less. There’s an ongoing story to it. And it’s all coming from one source, which makes it much more defined. It’s like a show on its own and it reaches a much, much larger audience. Judging from the thousands upon thousands of comments on their blog and youtube videos, ChryssiPuff is easily one of the more accepted and popular ships in the fandom. Even outside the fandom, too. I’ve seen plenty of comments from non-bronies enjoying those animations.
 
So if you want to go by numbers and popularity, ChryssiPuff easily wins as the more accepted and known ship. Other than all of that, I think it’s really just opinion based. Some just don’t like Fluffle and Chrysalis. Some just don’t like Sweetie and Button. Maybe you can relate more to a gamer wanting that nice, sweet girl. Or maybe you love the tale of a dark, twisted queen learning to love. They’re both nice ships in their own ways. But too different to choose who’s the best based on that. It would only end up in an argument of “my opinion is better than yours.” Which I’m guessing is what OP planned on. But personally I think they both win.
 
tl;dr  
By actual numbers, I don’t think much can beat ChryssiPuff’s 300,000+ Youtube subscibers and 65,000+ tumblr followers at this point.  
Beyond that, they both have their own pros and cons. But they’re both wonderful in their own ways. And I think they both win.

Sweetiemash, of course. Chrysipuff is little more than a joke.

Sweetiemash. A lot more relatable to have a gamer dude fall for a cute gal than an evil queen falling for a mute furball. Thats not to say that Chrysipuff isn’t cute, just not AS cute.

Sweetiemash wins by default, cuteness levels make chrystlis and puffie’s head’s explode upon looking at the, :P

And another thing: noone ever seems to take Chrysipuff seriously, making it easier to enjoy. Canon x OC ships (in before someone explains how Button mash isn’t actually an OC) are dumb when they get presented as a thing that would actually happen.

Ahhhhhhh dammit so hard to choose. But I have to say I find sweetie mash just a wee bit more charming. Even if only because they don’t half remind me of my own past (and current) relationships and make me sigh in happy nostalgia. And maybe in general those two are a bit more relatable than Chrissipuff? I mean, I can empathize with a shy game-loving youngster trying to navigate the turmoil of puberty and blossoming romance far more than I can a reforming (reformed?) evil parasidic queen and a fluffy unconditional love machine, no matter how much I want to snuggle it <3

Chrysipuff is far more acceptable, given that it’s using a one-shot villain with an OC. Sweetiemash is a main character shipped with someone who might as well be an OC, so there’s a huge imbalance of character depth there.

I may like ButtonBelle (screw you, I call it what I want) more, but I have no doubt that Chrysifluff is the more popular and well defined ship.
 
ButtonBelle is more children crushing, Chrysifluff actually has more aspects of a serious relationship (through a haze of silly, of course).
