It depends on the version, uploader, online service where this video was found on. Different videos has different quality. There might be better image quality on other streams that this image wasn’t from.
Yet we have a number of caps from the same part with out the choppy look, just saying.
It’s from the TV-recording through Dailymotion. Don’t expect high quality as those iTunes-caps which appears two days after the TV-release.
Well then he need a better mean to capture the image or something, that area of the image is all pixelated like it’s a bad cut and paste job, and it looks just odd when the other side of the image looks just fine.
I know this person, and this person doesn’t edit the screencaps he’s uploading most of the time (and when he does, he do tag it properly with the
edit
-tag).
