Extremely high? There’s no chance of them being siblings unless Hasbro really confirms it. No one knew Sweetie Belle was Rarity’s sister years ago before Hasbro actually confirmed it. Dinky looks a hell of a lot like Derpy but its pretty obvious Dinky is Carrot Top’s daughter as seen from a few background scenes. My point was that siblings don’t need to look similar to be siblings. These two could just have the same eyes by coincidence. By your silly logic, Noteworthy could be Vinyl’s brother because they have cutie marks that look more similar.

“Ponies don’t need to share traits to be related.” No, but they so often do as a main theme. Twilight SPARKLE and SHINING armor have similar themed names, cutie marks and ability with barrier spells. Rarity and Sweetie Belle have a distinct physical similarity, as do the Apple siblings and their red-orange-yellow skin tones and apple names.
 
“The Cake twins aren’t earth ponies like their parents.” So you’re agreeing with me. Lyra and Noteworthy could of had pegasi parents for all we know but still had a similar interest in music and same eye color.

Lyra you evil heartbreaker what about Bon Bon?

Cue the rabid LyraBon fans screaming ‘They’re just standing next to each other! It doesn’t mean they’re in a relationship!’ Then enjoy the sweet irony when someone explains their ship started the exact same way.

I’ll always prefer the Lyra and Bon Bon ship over her other ones, but I gotta admit, Lyra and Notworthy look good together.
