What’re they doing with the “sequel?”
 
Yeah, I don’t get why all the nerds hated the “Man of Steel” movie… Granted it was darker, and a bit more “Hollywood” then the usual Superman fair, (I admit all the city destruction, and such was a bit over-the-top) but it was still a good movie. Some bitched that Superman was to angsty in it, but they didn’t seem to notice he becomes less angsty as the movie goes on, and by near the end becomes a more wise-cracking, optimistic, superhero we all know.
 
I even liked how they made General Zod into more of a villain, and gave him a bit more of an “agenda,” and reasons to do evil things. The old “Superman 2” Zod didn’t really have any reason to kill people, and do all the evil things he did, other then be a psycho sociopath doing it for lulz/evulz.

That movie was better than people give it credit for. Shame about what they’re doing to the sequel.
