Well, it certainly isn’t her wings being too small, seeing as steroids have severely shrunken Roid Rage’s wings and he can still fly. My guess is she’s just stupid.

My guess is that she won’t ever learn how to fly. And eventually she’ll get really dependant on her scooter leading into her getting a scooter cutie mark.
