Normally, the fake/future edits to Wikipedia’s MLP articles are clear bullshit.
This has a ring of truth to it given the current synopsis, the possible reuse of a lesson (Ponyville Confidential), and the fact this would all be in character.

What plot? Don’t you mean story? It’s a freaken key. Nothing makes Twilight’s key more special than the others.

That’s the point. The easiest way to make up a fake is to make your claims be vague and super obvious, so if the real thing ends up being anywhere close to what you said, you can then say “look, I was right.”
I’d have to do work to pull out all the bs ones from the history. Some have been documented here (probably if you search the wikipedia tag), but doubtfully all.
Do we have a collection of bs synopses somewhere? Might be interesting to see what people fabricated in the past.
And the fact that I’m not seeing any implied leaks, yeah, I firmly remain doubtful. But compared to other anon edits with bogus plots, this at least is plausible and remains in the realm of possibility.
When this episode airs, I’m gonna come back to this image and congratulate all the users who guessed correctly!
